Jocelyn Anderson is a fourth-generation almond and walnut farmer. She works alongside her father managing her family farm and operates a walnut huller during harvest. Jocelyn has been very involved in Young Farmers & Ranchers and Farm Bureau, statewide and nationally with American Farm Bureau. She currently serves as President of Glenn County Farm Bureau and is a Board Member of California Resource Conservation District. She also participates on the California Walnuts Sustainability Committee and is a Farmer Envoy for Solutions from the Land, which focuses on bringing farmers to international discussions on sustainability, water and climate smart agriculture.

I raise grass fed and finished cattle, cotton, wheat and sorghum. I come from a long line of ranchers that married into row crop production. Agriculture is my life!

I am a soybean, rice, and wheat farmer from Northeast Arkansas. We also have a family seed business and ag research/plant breeding program. We implement many conservation practices on our farm including tailwater recovery reservoir systems and cover crops. I am the past President of the American Soybean Association and continue to serve on the board. I am also active with Arkansas Farm Bureau, Arkansas Ag Council, USA Rice, Solutions from the Land, and the Arkansas Soybean Association. Ray Flickner is a 5th-generation Kansas farmer. His diverse career includes teaching and working in agricultural finance; today, Ray focuses on sustainable farming practices. He owns and operates the Flickner Innovation Farm, which partners with university researchers and industry leaders to test conservation methods. Ray was a member of the Kansas Water Authority, and he served on the Groundwater Management District (GMD2) board of directors. Currently, he is a member of the Little Ark Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategies stakeholder leadership team. Ray has received numerous awards for conservation, including the Kansas Natural Resources Award and the Leopold Conservation Award.

I am a fourth-generation rice farmer and partner at Isbell Farms and Generation Farms, located in central Arkansas. Isbell Farm's specializes in the production of high-quality sake rice. I currently serve on the Board of Field to Market (https://fieldtomarket.org/) and the Board of Ag Heritage Farm Credit Services and am a co-founder of Arva Intelligence (arvaintelligence.com). I also serve as an adjunct instructor (1 class per semester) at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

I am a Benton County Iowa Corn and Red Angus Cattle farmer. I am the past President of Iowa Corn Growers Association. I'm involved in several research projects which include, corn traits, ethanol liquid fuel projects, and Avail which is a project with Iowa Corn and NASA.

Rich Lindsey Jr. is a lifelong cotton producer and ginner from Cherokee County, Alabama, where he manages and is a partner in Cherokee Gin & Cotton Co., now the largest-producing cotton gin in the state, serving more than 70 producers across Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. He also helps operate Coosa River Land Co., a 4,000-acre row-crop operation focused primarily on cotton, and has served for 18 years as a director of the Southeastern Cotton Ginners Association. Beyond agriculture, Rich has served his community for more than two decades through the McCord’s Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department, including 15 years as chief, and is also active in his church and local community.

Dr. Kent Martin is a professor of Agronomy at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. He owns and operates a 6th generation family farm and ranch operation in Oklahoma. He also owns and operates a specialized agricultural consulting company that focuses on land reclamation and fertilizer product development. He was formerly a research and extension professor in the Department of Agronomy at Kansas State University. Kent's research efforts focused on remote sensing and nutrient management. He has served as chairman and board of directors on the United Sorghum Checkoff Program, the board of directors for National Sorghum Producers, and is currently serving on both the Oklahoma Sorghum Commission and Oklahoma Sorghum Association.

Roric R. Paulman is a third-generation farmer who has been involved in agriculture for more than 25 years. He owns or operates 5,600 acres of center pivot-irrigated ground and 1,400 acres of ecofallow farm ground in southwestern Nebraska. Paulman’s annual cropping rotations include corn, popcorn, dry edible beans, soybeans, winter wheat and sugar beets. Paulman’s professional affiliations include membership in the National Corn Growers Association, Nebraska Corn Growers Association, Nebraska Soybean Growers Association, Nebraska Dry Bean Growers Association and the National Dry Bean Council. He is chair of the West Central Water Coalition and is a stakeholder in the state and local Natural Resources District level of the over-appropriated Platte River Basin. He is a former chair of the Nebraska Dry Bean Commission and former vice chair of the American Dry Bean Board.

John is a farmer from Champaign County Illinois. Past President and Chairman of GROWMARK Inc, a Farmer owned cooperative. Sponsors a NOAA research site that cooperates with many agencies and Universities to better understand the relationship between farming and climate.

Dwane Roth is a former fourth-generation farmer from Western Kansas. Having recently completed a successful succession plan, Dwane has transitioned the family farm to his nephews, ensuring the future of agriculture in the region. A staunch advocate for conservation farming practices, Dwane understands that water availability, soil health, and innovative crop rotation techniques are pivotal for the success of irrigated and non-irrigated crops. His commitment to these principles not only preserves vital resources but also enhances the resilience and productivity of the land.

Tillery Timmons-Sims is a fifth-generation descendant of the pioneering families who helped establish Texas as a leader in agriculture, and she proudly continues their legacy of innovation and resilience. A graduate of the distinguished XVIII Cohort of the Governor Dolph Briscoe Jr. Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership (TALL) program, Tillery is committed to exemplify adaptability and forward-thinking in her work. She is the Director of Operations at SARA, serves its founder, Lacy Cotter-Vardeman, and leads land/renewable projects as Vice President of Ag and Renewables at Sims Land Service. She also helped found the Texas Hemp Growers Association.

I’m an entrepreneur and agricultural professional with a passion for building sustainable, resilient farming operations and strengthening rural communities. This passion for agriculture began during my time as a member of the FFA and has guided my journey ever since. In high school, I founded a landscaping business to fund my education and develop hands-on business skills. Since then, I’ve grown DCW Farms and DCW Livestock into operations focused on sustainable crop and livestock production, combining practical experience with innovative management practices.
