Webinar - Remote Sensing for Rangeland Management (April 18, 2025)

The session focuses on how satellite imagery and other Earth observation (EO) technologies are being used to inform rangeland management across the American West. The discussion centered on both the potential and the challenges of applying these tools on the ground, with an emphasis on hearing directly from those managing the land.

Participants included a diverse group of ranchers, federal and state agency staff, researchers, non-profit organizations, and consultants. Their feedback and key insights will inform future work.
